WHAT YOU WILL DO：

·Review, draft and negotiate legal contracts including:
·Consulting engagement agreements
·Confidentiality agreements
·Vendor contracts
·Various other types of agreements
·Communicate your assessment of the legal issues in an agreement to internal clients and/or the senior lawyers on Cai Rui’s legal team in a clear and concise manner
·Coordinate review and comments by other departments
·Review and prepare RFP responses

ABOUT YOU：

·Qualified lawyer with up to 5 years of experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating business contracts in a law firm or in-house setting
·Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills
·Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, additional languages are an important plus
·Highly-developed organizational skills and articulate, detail oriented and hard working
·Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint
·Experience in servicing global clients preferred

WHAT YOU WILL DO：

·Responsible, together with the Hong Kong Senior Accounting Manager, for GL accounting routines in compliance with the standards of the company.
·Preparing Bonus Accrual based on Compensation Monitoring and Tax accruals
·Processing Payroll Entry and Ad-hoc Compensation/Payroll accounting/budgeting requests
·Creating accounting entries to record the actual settlement or clearing of payment transactions at the bank
·Preparing periodic tax fillings
·Performing month-end reconciliation

ABOUT YOU：

·BSs in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
·Minimum of three-year experience as a GL Accountant
·Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
·ACCA/CIMA or similar certification
·English fluent
·Advanced MS Excel skills

WHAT YOU WILL DO：

·Prepare and present progress reports as per client requirements.
·Facilitate and attend client meetings.
·Conduct necessary research to establish ideal solutions for client's business.
·Inspire and motivate client teams to develop solutions.
·Present findings to client in concise and clear manner, identify opportunities for improved processes.

ABOUT YOU：

·Bachelor's degree In Engineering from a college of repute
·5 years of experience in Operational Excellence
·Strong coaching, mentoring, training, communication and presentation skills are essential.
·Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple projects
